About Us

Dr. Jack P. Horbal attended the University of Illinois at
Chicago for his undergraduate education and graduated from
the University of Illinois College of Dentistry in 1981.

His service to the community goes beyond providing excellent
dental care to his patients. As a forensic dentist on the
federal NDMS/DMORT Team he has served the country at various
disaster sites.

He is a member of the American Dental Association, Illinois
State Dental Society, Chicago Dental Society, the American
Academy of Forensic Sciences, and the Edgewater Chamber
of Commerce. (more)

Dr. Kerstin E. Horbal, daughter of Dr. Jack Horbal, continued
the family dental tradition when she joined the practice in
June 2009. She attended the University of Illinois at
Urbana-Champaign for her undergraduate education and
graduated from the University of Illinois College of Dentistry.

In addition to working in private practice, she is also a Clinical
Assistant Professor at the University of Illinois College
of Dentistry where she supervises and instructs dental students
seeing patients in the Urgent Care Clinic.

She maintains memberships with the American Dental
Association, Illinois State Dental Society, and the Chicago
Dental Society. (more)
